Orchards

Orchards is full of established single-family neighborhoods with good-sized backyards, and many of those yards are ready for an update. We regularly replace worn-out lawns with fresh sod, swap muddy side yards for rock or pavers, and build new wood fences where the old ones have started leaning.

Clay soil is common around Orchards, so drainage matters. We grade new lawns away from the house, add drainage rock where water collects, and recommend aeration to loosen compacted turf.
